Google has now announced its plan for extensions in Chrome. The extensions are mainly featured to allow the user to customize the functionality of the Chrome suiting their individual requirements. Google has also published in a document that Chrome would not have bulks of extensions like Mozilla Firefox but would have extensions that would really be of use to the users and those that would be inevitable.
